How much does shipping cost and where do you ship? +

Shipping is free for all regions where EMS delivery is available. We use trusted carriers like EMS and K-Packet to ensure your package reaches you quickly and safely worldwide.

What are the estimated delivery times? +

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on your location (approx. 7 business days via global EMS).
For European Customers: Products are shipped within 3 days directly via Amazon Europe.
Please note that orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

How can I track my order? +

Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information and a direct link once your order is shipped.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? +

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? +

We process orders quickly (within 24-48h). If you made a mistake with your address or items, please email us immediately at rokbf@naver.com. Once the order has been fulfilled or leaves our warehouse, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

What is your return policy? +

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return request? +

Contact us at rokbf@naver.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

When will I receive my refund? +

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that items marked as final sale or items used/damaged after arrival are non-returnable.
