Refund Policy

At STAR IN SEOUL, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at rokbf@naver.com to request a return. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details or photos if applicable.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.
  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If the item arrives damaged during transit, we will assist in claims with the shipping carrier but cannot be held directly responsible.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged).
